Prof. Dr. JOSEPH YAV KATSHUNG
Fondateur du cabinet YAV & ASSOCIATES et Associé Principal. Détenteur d'un Doctorat en Droit de l'UNILU, d'un Master en Droit de l'University of Pretoria, d'un DEA en Droit et de plusieurs diplômes post-universitaires (KUL, U. Cape Town, Toronto, Wits, etc.) Founder and Manager of YAV & ASSOCIATES. He holds a Doctorate of Law from the University of Lubumbashi; A Master Degree of Law from the University of Pretoria, another Master Degree of Law from the University of Lubumbashi, and several postgraduates diplomas (KUL, U. Cape Town, Toronto, Wits, etc.)

Directeur honoraire du Centre des droits de l'homme et du droit humnitaire (CDH). Il est l'un des 8 détenteurs du prix Human Rights Watch 1997 de meilleur moniteur des droits de l'homme. Attorney at Law and practices in Public Law, Criminal Law and international Law [International Criminal Law and Human Rights Law] areas where he undertakes his researches. Former Executive Director of the Center for Human Rights and humanitarian Law [CDH] and one of the eights that received the Human Rights Watch 1997 as best Monitor of Human Rights.
